ABSTRACT

Pseudotumor cerebri is a disease characterized by increased intracranial pressure and papilledema without intracranial pathology. Our case is a patient that underwent bilateral optic nevre sheath decompression because of chronic atrophic papilledema due to pseudotumor cerebri.
